Green chemistry is an important concept for the coming years in addressing the harmful environmental effects of manufacturing companies' actions. The 12 principles of green chemistry accurately describe the importance sustainability through our manufacturing processes. However, I wonder how feasible it would be for us to achieve completely sustainable chemical practices, especially within the production of pharmaceuticals. I'm not sure that I've seen any examples of green chemistry in my own daily life, but I'm interested in learning more!
